Application for Chinese labeling:


    Before importing products into china’s domestic market or exporting products to foreign countries,you must be familiar with Chinese government’s policies for your products. Chinese government issued many quality control standards for some kinds of products.These products needs to apply to some government departments in order to get the qualification of being imported into China or being exported to oversea markets. The importer should get an sanitary certificate from “Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau” ,or the importer cannot sell their goods legally in China. To apply for the certificate, the importer should deliver many documents of their products,such as the presription, function decription,ingredients list and manufacturing technique explanation,etc.some of them must be translate into chinese correctly.

6、IF EFFICACY IS PRINTED ON THE LABLE, DOCUMENT PROOFS AND THE REPORT OF EXAMING MEASURE IS NEEDED.
7、LEGAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS OF THE DISRIBUTORS,IMPORTERS.
8、IF THERE IS REGISTERED TRADE MARK FOR THE PRODUCTM DOCUMENT PROOF IS NEEDED.
9、OTHER HELPFUL DOCUMENTS
10、RPOCUCT SAMPLE:AT LEAST SIX OF IT.
办理程序:
1、SIGN AN AGENCY CONTRACT AFTER NEGOTIATION
2、SUMMIT RELATED DOCUMENTS
3、EXAMINE THE DOCUMENTS BY THE FIRST EXAMINE DEPARTMENT.
4、SUMMIT THE DOCUMENTS TO THE FINAL EXAMINE DEPARTMENT
5、REPORT TO THE STATE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION FOR QUALITY SUPERVISION.
